Our applications are a three-step process, and all steps must be completed in order for an application to be considered complete for processing. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to inquire about any pending applications for a unit prior to submitting your application.

Helpful Information:
- We kindly advise that to facilitate the screening process efficiently, it would greatly assist if you could provide us with the most recent contact information of your current and/or previous Landlord/Property Management Company. Please inform them that ACRAnet will be contacting them for residence verification purposes.
- Our company has a first come first serve policy regarding applications. Because of this policy it is also our policy to give any person 48 hours to respond and provide the necessary information needed to complete an application. After the 48 hours has passed we will consider accepting a new application. If another person completes an application prior to one being processed that is past the 48-hour mark, the new application would be considered first in line.
- Application fees are Non-Refundable.
- Once these steps are completed, we will be in contact with you in regards to any questions on your application.
- Normal processing time for Application screening is 4-5 Business Days.
- Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated and will contribute to expediting the screening process.
