Steps to a Successful Move Out
Step 1
You will need to fill out and submit the 20 Day Notice to Vacate 20 days prior to the next pay period. If there are 30 days in a month it is due by the 10th, if there is 31 days, it is due by the 11th. Notices can be Emailed Directly to your Property Manager. (Click here to Download Form)
Step 2
The unit needs to be deep cleaned per the cleaning instructions that are provided. (Click here to Download Cleaning Instructions)
Step 3
- Please send your Property Manager an Email that you are fully moved out.
- Leave Keys on Kitchen Counter.
- Make sure all doors and windows are locked and secured.
