Our Team

We’d like to introduce you to one of our IHS team members Eric Smedsrud. Eric is a licensed property manager and works as the Maintenance Coordinator for IHS Property Management. Eric coordinates work with all of our maintenance vendors and processes work requests from all IHS residents. Eric is also the owner and operator of his own local business, Tap That Beverage. Tap That Beverage services, designs and installs beverage systems for bars and restaurants around our region. Tap That Beverage was established in 2017 and has grown to become a strong resource for 100s of our favorite bars and restaurants in our region. In his “free” time Eric can be found with his two sons, Jake and James riding motocross and enjoying life with his beautiful wife Hannah.
